Role Description
Your excellent customer service and communication skills, and your friendly nature will be highly valued in this role. You will enhance the experience of visitors and travellers by providing a variety of services including giving directions and facility & flight information, assisting transferring passengers, engaging with VIPs and conducting passenger experience surveys. This is an energetic role with lots of interaction.

Volunteer as part of a friendly and social team in a healthy and safe environment. Roster is available 7 days a week, including public holidays, and your shifts can be negotiated. This role may suit recent graduates or current students in tourism looking to enhance their experience and skills. Being multilingual would be an advantage but not essential. Gain experience in customer service and tourism.
Training
All necessary orientation and training is provided. Must be willing to undertake comprehensive training and information sessions which includes a 3-day induction and orientation program before commencing in role.
