Role Description
Utilise your excellent customer support skills in this community service organisation. You'll answer & direct calls as appropriate, attend to day-to-day office duties as required, provide administrative support across the organisation, be the first point of contact for visitors, and provide information & support to facility hirers. You'll have excellent written & verbal communications skills, work well independently and as part of a team. National Criminal Check & COVID vaccination required.

Training
You’ll receive an initial induction and orientation followed by ongoing informal training as required. Volunteers are invited to attend monthly Team Meetings. Formal training and in-service courses will be available as appropriate. Initial induction and orientation to organisation and role, as well as in-service and training days as relevant and appropriate to the role. You'll receive ongoing support and supervision.
