Role Description

Help combat the impacts of loneliness among our older community by taking part in an initiative to improve digital confidence. Assist clients to engage with family & friends online and open a new world of possibilities by helping build confidence and reassuring them that technology can aid wellbeing. You will Communicate with clients to learn their online goals & preferred learning style, provide support while they learn their iPad, learn about & use online communication methods & applications.

Training

Training, supervision and ongoing support are provided to all volunteers.
