Role Description
Help our case worker mentor and assist clients with employment-related needs, including writing resumes, cover letters and responses to selection criteria. Assist with job-seeking skills such as interview practice and learning how to source appropriate work. Other activities include locating pathways for Recognition of Prior Learning, relevant job readiness courses, and supporting English for work learning.
