Role Description
Work with this friendly and positive team to actively engage with and support young people on program. Programs may include face to face activities such as Activity days, Camps, and ‘Connect’ sessions (online). Your communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport will assist and support young people whilst on Program, building a relationship of trust. You’ll participate in program activities supervising and assisting young people as required.

Training
Induction and Orientation to organisation provided, with ongoing support and supervision as required. Participate in training and briefing sessions as required. Policies, guidelines and standards are provided.
