Work with this friendly and positive team to actively engage with and support young people on program. Programs may include face to face activities such as Activity days, Camps, and ‘Connect’ sessions (online). Your communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport will assist and support young people whilst on Program, building a relationship of trust. You’ll participate in program activities supervising and assisting young people as required.
Make a difference in the lives of young people who may be experiencing family mental illness. Provide young people an opportunity to grow while having fun in a safe, supportive environment. Work in a friendly supportive teem environment. Meet people and make new friends.
Induction and Orientation to organisation provided, with ongoing support and supervision as required. Participate in training and briefing sessions as required. Policies, guidelines and standards are provided.
Days and times are flexible and will be negotiated with each volunteer.
