Role Description

Are you a courteous, responsible person who can attend to telephone and general enquiries from the public as well as processing visitor entry fees, sales of merchandise, and end-of-day takings reconciliation (computerised system). You'll be keen to learn about the history and operation of the this organisation, as well as being genuinely interested in helping people. This role is for Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, and possible on-call capacity on other days. Must be fully vaccinated for COVID

Training

Initial and ongoing training will be provided in operations of the Visitor Centre including retail transactions and Occupational Health and Safety. Our aim is to ensure all volunteers gain valuable experience for the time spent with us. Induction sessions held on Wednesdays at 10.30am or by special arrangement. You must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19, in accordance with NSW Government Guidelines, This requirement may change after 1 December 2021.
