Your friendly, welcoming personality, attention to detail and a can-do attitude will be highly regarded in this 'front of house' role. You'll meet & greet visitors & clients, answer & direct calls, general office admin (e.g. photocopying, laminating, binding), data entry, email & calendar management, & undertake internet research. There'll also be COVID-19 touchpoint and some general cleaning, and venue & catering set-up. There's the mail to collect and sometimes a trip to the shops or the bank.
Enjoy engaging with a broad range of people and work with a friendly team of staff and volunteers. Enhance your office, communication, event coordination and organisational skills and develop social, work place interaction qualities and work experience.
An orientation program is provided, with training available for each task undertaken and supervision for training, development, workload and performance. Ongoing support and supervision.
