Role Description

Your friendly, welcoming personality, attention to detail and a can-do attitude will be highly regarded in this 'front of house' role. You'll meet & greet visitors & clients, answer & direct calls, general office admin (e.g. photocopying, laminating, binding), data entry, email & calendar management, & undertake internet research. There'll also be COVID-19 touchpoint and some general cleaning, and venue & catering set-up. There's the mail to collect and sometimes a trip to the shops or the bank.

Training

An orientation program is provided, with training available for each task undertaken and supervision for training, development, workload and performance. Ongoing support and supervision.
