Your excellent time management & communication skills, and empathy, respect & support of our community are sought for this role. You'll work proactively to assess and coordinate the service delivery to all cohorts of the community. You'll be required to set up fresh food display, collect food from supermarket, sort & remove inedible produce, & coordinate food distribution. You'll work well in a team, have knowledge of WHS & abide by NSW Health policies. Drivers Lic req'd & 4WD/ute an advantage.

All volunteers are required to participate in an Induction Training Program and will receive ongoing training, support and supervision. Undertake WHS training along with NSW Health policies and procedures for safe handling of food.

If possible times needed are between 9.00am to 3.00pm on Wednesdays and Fridays and for a couple of hours on Tuesday and Thursday. Must have current Drivers License and own comprehensively insured vehicle. A 4WD or ute would be an advantage. Working with Children and Police checks required. Must have excellent time management, communication skills, and knowledge of Work, Health and Safety polices and procedures. Current 1st Aid Certificate is desirable but not essential.
