Role Description

Start your work placement as a volunteer and complete a nationally accredited Certificate IVI in Community Services. Join a highly respected charity that does genuine work supporting people in need. As a Client Support Volunteer, you will be part of a team supporting the delivery of services to clients and community members. The role includes greeting clients, including hearing, understanding and assessing the client’s needs with the support of a social worker.
