Role Description

Your strong literacy and numeracy skills, and your patience and dedication, will be highly regarded in this role, assisting Adult Vocational Education students who may be challenged by, or face barriers with, the literacy and numeracy requirements within the course they are undertaking. You’ll assist a student with reading, writing & numeracy exercises, sometimes during class and sometimes one-on-one. Current Working With Children & National Police checks are required.

You'll be provided access to all course material and skills and foundation skills work books as resources for providing LLN support.

Training

Volunteers will receive Orientation, Induction and Safety instruction, and ongoing support and supervision.
