Play a crucial role in our weekly 2-hour sessions at shopping centres. You will work hands-on with seniors to solve tech issues while fostering an environment of understanding, empathy, and collaboration between generations. Specifically, you will assist seniors with tech-related queries and issues, such as smartphone, tablet, or computer troubleshooting. Provide guidance to fellow volunteers in their interactions with seniors
