Role Description

We are seeking volunteers to assist with our therapeutic groups and one-off events. Groups include recreational groups for young people aged 12 - 15 years, and one off family and children events and camps. Have fun and use your enthusiasm and energy to engage with participants in recreational activities and group discussions. Be a role model to participants by encouraging manners, social skills and respect. Assist with set up and pack down of activities.

Training

Volunteers will be provided with training and the opportunity to brief and debrief before and after events. A 90-minute training session is provided, which can be in person or online.

Available from 4-7pm every Wednesday in Term 4, 2023, 16th of October – 18th of December with one overnight camp Saturday 26th of October. One-off Family and children events and camps are available on ad hoc
