You will enhance the experience of visitors and travellers by providing a high level of service to passengers and visitors to the Airport. Ambassador team members actively assist by giving directions, facility and flight information, assisting transferring passengers, engaging with VIPs and conducting passenger experience surveys. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will be highly valued in this role.

You’ll be provided with free parking, a blazer and vest, and access to staff room with tea and coffee facilities. All training is included at no cost. You’ll be invited to activities and outings. Volunteer as part of a friendly and social team in a healthy and safe environment. Roster is available 7 days a week, including public holidays, and your shifts can be negotiated.

A comprehensive orientation and training program will be undertaken prior to joining the program, with regular ongoing training. This is an energetic role with lots of interaction. A Police record check is required for all applicants.
