About the role

Use your knowledge of the natural environment and research skills to develop a series of environmental education activities. Activities are designed to enable participants to safely investigate social history and explore the wetlands flora and fauna of one of the Hunters most significant biodiversity centres. Full access to the resources of the organisation will be provided to support the development of easily reproduced and copied materials.

Benefits of the role

Become aware of, or be introduced to the botany of local native plants, and their relationship with fauna. Use research materials or extend existing skills. Be part of an amiable and relaxed group of volunteers.
