Maintenance Coordinator (3493)

Our organisations Sayer 45, is out on the water 4 days per week during school term, running up to 6 programs every week. A maintenance coordinator is required to assist with maintenance jobs on the vessel and coordinate big jobs. Maintenance jobs could be booking the vessel into the boatyard for an antifoul, ordering parts (as authorised), checking fuel levels, replacing a broken latch, checking stauntions for splits, washing the deck, organising working bees and tidying the shed.

Volunteers are welcomed into a beautiful culture where we willingly share knowledge and bring enjoyment to young people with a disability and or at disadvantage through our sailing programs.

Volunteers are provided with a uniform and have the opportunity to learn new skills through our training program.Some knowledge of boats is advantageous but not necessary.
