About the role

A local charity looking after the welfare of seafarers on vessels in Newcastle port requires volunteers for their Centre. Calm and organised people needed to answer telephone calls and co-ordinate drivers. The position involves the operation of a small on-site shop, including currency conversion. Would suit an ex-retail or bank worker.
