About the role

Your interest in gardens and horticulture, enthusiasm for all things environmental, and love of informing others will be greatly valued in this role. You’ll be asked to guide, inform and educate visitors – including groups from schools and other educational institutions – and to assist with other educational activities. Tours and activities will be scheduled in consultation with you. This role requires a current Criminal Record check and would prefer to also have Working with Children Check.

Benefits of the role

You’ll be supporting a wonderful community organisation, located in a beautiful garden setting. This role provides an opportunity to maintain and enhance your knowledge, and to educate others about all things horticultural. You’ll make new friends in this welcoming and social team.

Training provided

Volunteers are given every support and a comprehensive induction program.
