About the role

We are seeking Volunteers to coach and mentor young people aged 15-18 years (currently at school or have left school) to construct small vessels such as dinghies or kayaks. The program is aimed at youth who struggle to progress through school or have left school and have difficulty moving into further education or the workplace. This program provides a safe space for participants to build the positive approach needed to maintain their education or pursue further training and employment.

Training provided

Training and support provided by Program Manager, Training Coordinator, Local Support Coordinator and Regional Manager – Hunter.
