Do you like working outdoors? You’ll be physically active and able to assist this heritage organisation to maintain their grounds (approximately 1 hectare) for the enjoyment of visitors. Tasks include mowing, mulching, trimming, weeding etc. Some gardening and grounds maintenance experience would be an advantage however, any interest in these fields would be appropriate. Main days of work are Mob and Wed. Must be fully vaccinated for COVID 19.

Satisfaction in assisting to maintain and operate a State-heritage listed fleet of vintage former NSW Government Railways railway rolling stock. The opportunity to participate in the organisation’s main line tourist operations as a crew member. Participation in a friendly team dedicated to the preservation of the State’s railway history.

Volunteers are given all necessary orientation and safety training, and ongoing support as required. Safety equipment, tools and materials supplied.
