On Water Volunteer (3478)

We’re looking for committed/dedicated volunteers to help run our sailing programs on large racing yachts. Some sailing experience is preferred but not essential, however, a love of helping young people be the best they can be is a must. You’ll sail with and mentor our very excited young clients, many of whom have a disability or come from socially challenged backgrounds.

You will be part of a dynamic, passionate and well-trained team. Our programs range from once-off sailing experiences to term-based programs that provide opportunities for personal growth and skill development. Very rewarding volunteer role. Get to be out on the water. Work with a great team.
